In addition to ordering online you may also place an order over the phone or discuss a requirement for additional products not featured on our web site, please call us at 1-877-748-9884 between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Once an order is customized (engraved, printed or embroidered) it cannot be returned or refunded. However if there is a defective merchandise item or a layout or typographical error on our part, the order will be replaced within 30 days of receipt under the following guidelines:

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and paperwork are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are not packed properly as to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.
We cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss resulting from the purchase or use of products from Synergy Marketing. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
Currently Synergy Marketing ships within the USA and Canada only. We are capable of shipping outside these areas for a fee.
